On Memorial Day Weekend, I had the awesome opportunity to volunteer at an event called “Pianos On Parade”. The event included over 60 donated pianos being transformed into pieces of art by local participants – these participants included children, artists and anyone who wanted to paint a piano.
It was fun watching these pianos from beginning to end over the 3 day weekend. I captured some fun video clips and put them together with a 5 minute Scott Joplin melody I know you will enjoy!
The weekend ended with a 60 piano performance – like an orchestra but will all pianos! Everyone was given sheet music, and all played at the same time. I had the opportunity to hand the video camera over to my husband and participate!
