As you may or may not know, I recently sent an email to all members giving everyone a generic password and email address to use to log into the new beta membership area.
Unfortunately, many were confused and tried to log in with their own membership details instead of the ones I provided. Some who were able to log in were denied access and some could not get their cursor to click on the Ave Maria link, even after logging in with success.
I spent the day fixing some of these glitches and also providing this page as a resource to help you troubleshoot common log in issues:
1. Do not use your original membership details to log into the new membership area. To get your own unique details for the new site, you will need to log into the original site and submit a request. Here is the link to your original membership site: Login Here

2. If after submitting your request for a new password for the NEW site, and an email does not arrive in your inbox, check your junk mail. If you still don’t see one, you might be in the system already and need to try to use the forgot password link instead: http://members.learnpianoonline.com/forgot-password
If everything fails, email me at teacher@learnpianoonline.com and give me details about everything you tried.

3. If you already have a password for the new site you may log in and disregard these instructions -if you forgot your new password, use this page to get a new one – do not use the request a new password process:

4. While you are trying to get your own password details, use the temporary log in details I sent you for quick access until you get your own.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:
Before emailing me, read the above and trying logging in again and see if the glitches have been fixed.
If you need to email me, please specify which membership site you are experiencing problems with – you may indicate by saying “original membership” or “new membership“.
Also, the more details you can give me, the faster I can help you. Giving me the email address and password you are using to log in with really helps me. (and again, which membership you are trying to access)

Hey Lisa,
I was having trouble after logging in getting the video’s to work but
you must have fix it when you went back in because it’s working OK now.. That
was what the e-mail was about that i sent you yesterday I loved your playing it
sounded so great and i couldn’t even tell that you were cold.
