LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS ,I FEEL I HAVE TO RIGHT A FEW THING FOR MY GRANDMOTHER WHO PAST AWAY MANY YEARS AGO. AS I WAS ONLY 12 YEARS OLD WHEN SHE MADE ARANGMENTS FOR ME TO LEARN HOW TO PLAY , ALSO SUPPLIED THE $1.00 FOR LESSONS , AS WELL AS ALLOWED ME TO DRIVE THE SIX MILES TO THE TEACHERS FARM ,. THIS OF COURSE HAD ME MAKEING ALL KINDS OF PROMISES, BUT LOW AND BEHOLD HEARING MY UNKLES WISPERING ABOUT - OLD HENERYS BARBER SHOP PUTTING IN A COUPLE OF POOL TABLES SEEMED TO SPARK MY COURIOSITY SUMWHAT YOU CAN PROBABLY FIGURE OUT JUST WHATIT IS THAT I FEEL I SHUD DO TO MAKE UP FOR MY MISS USE OF THAT $1.00 , ALTHOWE I"AM NOT A BAD POOL PLAYER THANX FOR THE OPPURTUNITY, MITCH

I have stumbled onto this site. I have always wanted to learn to be able to read music when I play so now I will be able to and hopefully I will be able to play better as well. I am so dissapointed with what I know by ear. I can only play slow gospel songs. I can't wait to start. Thanks again.

I have just discover your web site through Google search engine and I must say that I think that I will benefit from your lessons. For a while now, I wanted to learn to play the keyboard, and now with your lessons I think I am well on the way to doing so.

Sometimes I just sit and just pick at the keys trying to play a tune, and I must say the only tune I can play right now is "When the aints go marching in" . I do not get a lot of time to practice but with your lessons, I am sure going to make the time.

Thank you so much for your Piano Lessons Online Site. My brother came across your site after a conversation we had about me playing piano. I am 55 years old and have no idea where it came from but I want to learn to play the piano. I play the bass which I have played and recorded some time ago. 30 years have passed and once again I have started playing the bass. Latin music is the field which I have loved to play, my father and brother have also been in the music bussiness and I have another brother who is a D.J. in California.
I have gone over your lesson's online and I love what I see which seems very easy to follow. I too was one as you metioned overwhelmed to learn all those keys......you have simplified the understanding of the keyboard and reduced the fear of looking and wondering, what note are all these keys.

I haven't finished the free lessons yet, but I am thoroughly impressed! These lessons are so easy to follow. Hopefully, I'll get to Lesson 4 soon. My fingers are crazy and I have trouble coordinating my fingers to switch from the C Chord to the G7 chord! Thats not your fault though!

I am 52 and I have many talents, I am known in the family as the one that can do anything, and I do just about everything craft you can imagine from crochet to stain glass and all the in between including playing piano by ear since I was a little girl. But the one thing I always wanted to do was to be able to sit at the piano with a piece of music and play what ever I wanted. I have wanted to do that my whole life. I was told by a piano teacher that I took one lesson from that I would probably have a hard time reading music because of my playing by ear. It discouraged me from ever trying again. But my son and his wife gave me key board for Christmas and I am determined to learn to read music. I found your site and after going thru the free lessons I am convinced that if I just practice your way of teaching I can do this. Thanks for your web site and for making it easy to understand. I have printed the free lessons and I am going to practice like crazy, then I am going to continue with your CD.s

Well I must say... when I first arrived here I thought FINALLY someone that isn't charging someone to learn something to better themselves!! I proceeded through the free lessons and did them all with passion and happiness that after 17 years of my piano sitting here not being used I was actually PLAYING through your lessons. I kept scrolling and wanting more to learn.

I got through it and thought, "Man this is wonderful I am actually doing this finally!" I have had all kinds of issues, A.D.D. included throughout life and this tactful way you've put it together is nice.

I will say though I was heartbroken when I realized to continue I had to buy some program. I have no doubt it's worth it and I would learn, but as a struggling single mother with recent medical conditions preventing me to work and hospitilization over the last year I just can't manage buying the studies.

I think anyone that has the money will succede in the dream of playing so to those reading this more power to you.

Thanks for filling the air in my bedroom with a few hours of me playing the piano, it was nice.

I REALLLY enjoyed you're free lessons. They helped so much! BUT i wish i can continue with a membership. Although, I'm not eighteen and I'm not sure if I can. You put you're instructions so easily understandable and it helped me not be so intimidated by the keyboard or keys at all. Thank you so much, keep up the good work

I also came from the Philippines and I am so glad to have found your very generous and unselfish website! :-)

I also read on your guestbook and was so happy to find other Filipinos loving your way of teaching the piano. I got so interested and so excited because finding your site was just in time! Last Christmas, excited as we were, my husband and I bought a portable piano as a present for our daughter Rain. She is 2 but we can tell at her young age that she is musically inclined.

Now, I am searching for some references and LUCKILY I found your site while I am at work. And I said to myself that this is what I am really looking for.. a very precise and helpful way to learn to play the piano!!

I am pretty much excited to go home and have fun learning piano with my daughter each day..

I received the U-Tube link to your video for "Carol of the Bells" just before Christmas '07. The way you explain the different parts of the song step-by-step was great...

Before I even went to download a copy of the sheet music, I was playing it on my keyboard.

thank you for your free piano lessons.. i'm lei.. 17 yrs. old...my mom bought a piano 3 years ago... since i don't know how to play it and right now we don't have enough money to have piano lessons for me... no one use the piano...

Many thanks to you teacher Lisa for your web site, I bought your complete piano lesson set and it was just wonderful. I had no problems learning your easy to follow format.
